1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
**Prepare the Ingredients**: Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
**Combine in Slow Cooker**: In the slow cooker, add the chicken, broccoli florets, diced onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
