1 cup frozen spinach

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic: In the same pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Incorporate Spinach: Add the frozen spinach to the tomato mixture and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
