Description
This Hot Honey Garlic Chicken combines sweet and spicy flavors for a deliciously viral dinner option. Perfect for sheet pan cooking, it’s an easy recipe that will impress your guests.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup hot honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Arrange on a Sheet Pan: Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place it on the prepared pan.
Bake the Chicken: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes to the marinade. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
