Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
6 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Add Mix-Ins: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and chopped green onions until evenly distributed.
